Ahlspiess is obtained by purchasing it at the Weapons Shop for 34,800 Gold. However, it needs to be unlocked first before it'll appear in the Weapons Shop's listing. There are two ways of doing this:

Fight a total of 425 matches.
Defeat Lupi in Chronicle 6 of Chronicles of the Sword.
