Balor (バロール?) is one of Zasalamel's weapons in Soulcalibur III, Soulcalibur IV, Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, and Soulcalibur VI.

There are two different ways to unlock Balor: one is to purchase it from the shop, and the other is by defeating Zasalamel in Tales of Souls mode where there's a low chance of obtaining it. In addition, there are two different methods to get it to appear in the Shop listing:
- In Zasalamel's Tales of Souls mode, clear either stage 6 (Dragon), stage 7 (Raphael), stage 8 (Sophitia) or stage 9 (Thief A, Thief B, and Voldo)
- Fight 400 times
Soulcalibur IV[]
It can be bought in Character Creation for 7,000 Gold after completing Story Mode with Zasalamel.
Soulcalibur VI[]
Description: A scythe named after the god Balor, who was able to kill his opponents just by looking at them with his magic eye. It is an apt name for this weapon, whose overwhelming aura is said to destroy the fighting spirit of its wielder's opponents. As for what happens to those drained of their will in the heat of battle... Nothing good, that's for certain.
Trivia[]
- A Balor (Originally derived from the Tolkien Balrog) is a demon in Dungeons and Dragons. They are most famous for their vorpal swords, which may randomly behead opponents.
- Alternately, the weapon could be named for Balor of Irish mythology, a Fomorian chieftain with a magical eye whose gaze could kill (or, alternately, manifested as an actual beam of killing light).
- It can be seen in Soulcalibur Legends where it is used by the common enemy troops who borrow Zasalamel's moveset.
