This page describes Talim's Battle Style in each of the games in which she appeared.
Soulcalibur II[]
Talim is a short range character who relies on speedy, unpredictable hits to deal damage. She generally has high speed, low damage attacks. Her combat is based on several dance-like stances and evasive movements which are notably quicker than most other characters. Her attacks are designed to keep her opponent in advantageously close range, so very few of them provide the thrust required for a ring-out.
Soulcalibur III[]
Talim suffered as the general character speed increased, but still remained as a speedy character nonetheless. Her battle style therefore had to rely less of her ability to land quick hits and more on her flexible combos that could rapidly strike on multiple levels.
Soulcalibur III: Arcade Edition[]

Soulcalibur IV[]
Same as in Soulcalibur III, but with some improvements, most notably her 2A+B, A from Wind Leap, 11KA, 236B, her mind games and mixups, and a slight increase in damage.
Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny[]
Is the same as Soul Calibur IV, adapted for PSP's Control.
