The Bong-seon Spaulder is a single, spiked spaulder placed on the left shoulder. Available for female characters in Character Creation in Soulcalibur IV, and available as purchasable DLC in Soulcalibur V.
Soulcalibur IV
This Shoulder Equipment raises Power by 20, Attack by 10, Defense by 15 and HP by 5. It is worn by Seong Mi-na in her 2P costume, and is made available when she is unlocked for 4,000 Gold at the Fighter Select Screen.

This Shoulder Equipment was made available as part of the Classic Outfits 1 DLC package on July 10, 2012, along with the rest of Seong Mi-na's and Talim's 2P equipment from the previous game. Aforementioned package can be purchased at the Cepheus Store for $2.99.
