Caretaker's Breastplate (番人の胸鎧?) is a small, peculiar-looking breastplate that is worn by Voldo in his 2P costume, that is available for male characters in Character Creation for Soulcalibur IV and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny.

This Upper Body equipment raises Gauge by 20, Defense by 30, and HP by 25. It is available at the start of the game.
Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny[]
Unlike in Soulcalibur IV, Caretaker's Breastplate is available to both male and female custom characters.
