Demon Knife is obtained by purchasing it at the Weapons Shop for 24,800 Gold. However, it needs to be unlocked first before it'll appear in the Weapons Shop's listing. There are two different ways of doing this:

Fight a total of 350 matches.
Defeat Ishtar in Chronicle 1 of Chronicles of the Sword.

Trivia[]

Some fans have noted that this sword looks similar to Cloud Strife's Buster Sword from Final Fantasy VII.
