About Nenita[]

Biography[]
Early life[]
Nenita was born on the 30th of June in 1599 to Talim and an Outcast male from Italy, Domencio. Although, her time with her mother was only 5 years until Talim's disappearance and persumed "death" (which was 2 years after the birth of Dalisay, Nenita's younger sister.), Nenita, along with her eldest brother, Crisanto, and her younger sister, Dalisay, lived a good life with their father. Domencio told them a lot about their mother, including her time as a priestess of the Wind Deity in her village and her adventures. Inspired by her mother, Nenita decided to become a Priestess of the Wind Deity. She also heard of ballet, a beautiful dance from hr father's home country and was immediately amazed by this type of dance, while she was not doing her duites as a priestess, she was practicing ballet during her free time & and by the age of 15, she was a natural ballet dancer as well as a priestess. It is said that she danced a pas de deux with the wind itself.
Soulcalibur VII - 1617 -[]
Nenita is now 18 years old. She is able to perform her tasks as a priestess and proved herself capable of carving her own path as the newest Priestess of The Winds. She also successfully perform her wind ritual, mixing the village's Wind Dance with her ballet skills. One day, while at the Water Mill Valley near the Wind Village, Crisanto found her and told her some news that would shock her.
"Nenita, Nenita." Crisanto says as he runs to Nenita.
"Crisanto? What are you doing here?" Nenita asked in confusion.
"Nenita, I've been looking for you. I have something to tell you. It's about our mother." Crisanto replied.
"Mother?! What about her? Tell me." Nenita said in shock.
"I was in East Asia with Father when I heard some rumours of a maiden who could control the wind. Villagers said that she had her dark blue hair in a Forked Tail and wore an outfit worn by those who lived in a village dedicated to the Wind. That woman could be our long lost mother. She might be alive still." Crisanto said. Nenita turned to her brother in shock. Could it be true that her mother was still alive? hearing this, she headed to the wind village to tell the villagers.
Nenita told the villagers about the probability that Talim might still be alive and told them that she will be heading out on a journey to find her mother, promising not just the villagers, but her father, Domencio and her siblings, Crisanto and Dalisay, that she will return one day and hopefully with their mother. She would set sail out on anadventure to find her long lost mother, and along the way, she would also help Kilik, Xianghua & Sophitia on their quest of searching for the fragments of Soul Calibur when Soul Edge was being reassembled by Azwel and his men as well as the cursed swords minions' who are searching for the fragments of the cursed sword. She would also encounter Boglárka & Xi and accompany them for a while, all while recieving information on her mother's whereabouts.
When she finally found where her mother claims to be, She finds her mother. While at first, Nenita is overjoyed and set out on bringing her mother home with her, but then upon encountering Lizardmen after a few days reunited with her mother, she would becoming very dismayed when she realized something that would change things, Talim was possessed & turned into a Malfested, in the form of a humanoid Minokawa, by the fragment of Soul Edge in her mother's elbow blades. This led her to a confusing choice. Find a way to free her mother, or kill her. She ran away due to the fact that she might have to kill her mother. She didn't want to end up killing her mother. However, she would encounter Zasalamel who would tell her that there is a way to free her mother from malfestation and tame it before it the fragment fully malfested Talim: She would need to find the Dvapara-Yuga, defeat Nightmare and destroy Soul Edge. So Nenita with the words of her mother that she said to her daughter before being possessed again,
"Nenita, Run. Do not worry about me, I'll be ok. Please run before I end up killing you." And the promise she made to her family and the village, she promised to her mother that she would do anything in her power to free her from her possession and tame her malfestation.
On her journey to free her mother, she reunited with Kilik, Xianghua & Sophitia to help find the remaining fragments of Soul Calbiur with aid from Xi, Boglárka, Taki, Maxi, Siegfried & Grøh. Nenita would end up encountering her possessed mother, but instead of killing after the battle, Nenita found a way to tame the possession, a new version of the Dvapara-Yuga, which Kilik held onto. The Dvapara-Yuga managed to free Talim from her possession temporarily, she was still malfested. However, Nenita will find a way to fully tame the malfestation before it is too late.
After collecting all of the fragments of Soul Calibur and the holy sword reassembled, the epic battle came between Kilik, Xianghua, Sophitia, Talim & Nenita & Nightmare and the reassembled Soul Edge at Ostrheinsburg Castle. the battle was tough, despite defeating Nightmare, the Azure Knight was not yet defeated as fire seeped from the armor of the Azure Knight like liquid as it became Inferno and then Charade and then Night Terror, fusing with the armor of Nightmare, after being bested two more times. However, Nenita, along with her mother & allies, managed to defeat Charade, or so they thought, as Soul Edge finally unleashed it's true power, transforming itself into Soul Edge Ω and turned the fallen Night Terror into it's true ultimate form, a draconic demon named Phobeimos and transporting Nenita and her allies into the Astral Chaos, where the ultimate battle truly began. Despite being bested by Kilik, Xianghua & Sophitia, Phobeimos was not defeated and was about to kill Nenita when Talim managed to intercept as Soul Edge (as Phobeimos) destroyed the Dvapara-Yuga, yet somehow, despite being possessed and malfested, Talim was not corrupted, meaning that with help from ppSoul Calibur]], Talim was purified. Nenita now determined to aid in defeating Soul Edge for good alongside Kilik, Xianghua & her mother (who was now in her purified Malfested form). Nenita, Kilik, Xianghua, Sophitia and Talim, after an epic battle, weakened Phobeimos enough and was then killed by the combined effort of the heroes with Soul Calibur, seeming destroying Soul Edge and freeing Talim of her malfestation. Now with Soul Edge no more, the subspace started to warp and crumble away as a torrent of power bursted forth, threatening to consume the heroes when Soul Calibur plunged into the eye of the torrent, allowing the heroes to return to the real world. Now reunited with her no longer malfested mother, Nenita & Talim returned to the Wind Village where the whole village celebrated the return of both Talim & Nenita.
Physical Appearance & Costumes[]
Physical Appearance[]
Nenita has bright green eyes and brown hair in a forked tail. Her hair is naturally a light brown/ginger. She has a sweet face, vibrant skin and a young pure image just like her mother when she was 15.
Costumes[]
Soulcalibur VI & SoulCalibur VII[]
In Soulcalibur VI & SoulCalibur VII Nenita wears her mother's Cyclone Cap on her head. She also wears tribal accessories that highlight her purity which include her mother's Cyclone Earrings, Cyclone Necklace & Cyclone Bracelet. She wears a Cyclone Bolero top that belonged to her mother. Instead of wearing Cyclone Pants to go with the Bolero, she wears Green Cursed Bird Wings as a tutu due to her ballet skills. She does wear her mother's Cyclone Bandages & Cyclone Boot Sandals on her feet, though. She also wears Lucky Chloe’s Headphones, though it’s a mystery where or who she got them from.
Her Color 2 is blue tinted, akin to Talim's main outfit's color from Soulcalibur III.
Her Color 3 outfit is pink-tinted. This costume removes her hat and Cyclone Bolero and replaces them with a ballerina tutu dress inspired by both Viola's Soothsayer Dress & the national dress of the Philippines, the Barong Tagalog, and tights made out of Abacca Silk that replace the Cyclone Bandages & Ballet Boots that replace the Cyclone Boot Sandals.
Her Color 4 outfit is yellow and orange. This costume just removes her hat and recolors her hair honey blonde, also makes her eyes blue.
Personality[]
Like her mother, Talim, Nenita is strikingly meek, innocent, kind, moderate, and nice in contrast to the rest of the Soul Series cast, often attempting to dissuade opponents from fighting, and constantly showing mercy to her defeated enemies. Her comments often reveal self-doubt and worry.
Fighting Style[]
Wind Dance[]
Nenita fights in this style just like Talim & Plata do. However, Nenita mixes the Wind Dance fighting style with her ballet dancing skills, possessing a relatively large number of useful options in both her repertoire of graceful, ballet-like attacks and her wind attacks alike.
Weapons[]
- Double Crescent Blade (1P: Soulcalibur VI - 2P: SoulCalibur VII)
- The Ancient (1P: SoulCalibur VII)
- Tonfa (2P: Soulcalibur VI)
- Cao Ankana (1P: SoulCalibur VII -Flashback only- - Color 3: SoulCalibur VII)

Critical Edge[]
Glissade de Vent A critical edge where Nenita glides through the air. It has a long reach and can evade her attacks while dealing damage to the opponent. If it strikes an airborne foe, it will deal additional hits and damage. Lastly, when this moves connects, it will transform into an aerial attack throw and replenish the opponent's health.
Nenita performs a series of slashes and ballet twirls and balletic kicks that ends with a whirlwind of consecutive pirouette kicks, followed by a downward corkscrew ballerina kick while the opponent is airborne.
