Soulcalibur: Blade Trigger N V-II is a updated version of Soulcalibur: Blade Trigger N, released on all consoles after release of Soulcalibur: Blade Trigger F & Soulcalibur: Blade Trigger HD Online.

Major changes[]

  • There are 40 new missions in The Nexus Mode.
  • Critical Edge was replaced by Trigger Edge - a mechanic introduced in Blade Trigger F.
  • Now you can bleed your opponent.
  • One new minigame is added - "Bringers of Woe": it's Tower Defence mini game. There are over 20 maps, but players can create more 10 maps and share them through online feature.

Guest characters

Because of copyright reasons, characters from Fire Emblem series were removed and replaced by Daki & Gyutaro from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba franchise as Guest characters and Final Bosses.

Secret Bosses

Like in original version, Blade Trigger N V-II contains secret bosses, but they are different:

- Agilera: there, she is hard as her "host", Nefeliz.

- α Patroklos: Patroklos with Soul Calibur uses different fighting style, which makes him a hard opponent.

- Pyrrha Ω: Pyrrha corrupted by her anger & Soul Edge.

- Rikiti-Tikiki-Tavi

Boss Route[]

Agilera: At least two stages with all “perfect” battles. No continues, Ring Outs & Weapon Breaks.
Beat her to unlock.

α Patroklos & Pyrrha Ω: Don’t let Soul Gauge change its colour to Red during last two fights. No continues, Ring Outs & Weapon Breaks.
Beat any of them to unlock.

Rikiti-Tikiki-Tavi: Don’t let Soul Gauge change its colour to Purple during last two fights. No continues, Ring Outs & Weapon Breaks.
Beat Rikiti-Tikiki-Tavi to unlock.

Trivia[]

  • "V-II" in the logo means "Version II". "VI" from Soulcalibur VI logo was used for logo of this game.
  • Rikiti-Tikiki-Tavi is the only new character in this game with unique bare-hand fighting style, as he is an alien insect.
  • "Bringers of Woe" minigame was named after Pyrrha's nickname from Soulcalibur V.
