Appearance[]
Hiro has the typical appearance of a ninja; his entire face except for his eyes is concealed, revealing blue eyes, despite his origin. He is physically strong and mainly wears black, veiling attire, just as a ninja should. When his mask his removed, he has short, wild black hair and fair skin. He is also the shortest male of his group, but is the same height as their eldest member, who his female.
Biography[]
Hiro was found as a young boy during a particuarly heavy rainstorm by the Ninja Master, having traveled on his own on foot all the way to the base of Ninja Mountain in order to become a ninja. The Master was shocked when he immediately sensed the child had the ability to control Kuji magic and took him in.
During his time in Ninja Village, Hiro became close friends with a hefty Futo, and infatuated with the oldest member Kunoichi, unaware that the other female Suzume was admiring him.
He lived a double life, training with them during the day along with the rest of his friends, and perfecting his skills in Kuji magic at night alone with the Ninja Master. Despite the great promise he showed, his master was reluctant to send him off to investigate the rumors of an evil sword due to his being the youngest of the clan. Eventually, when the other ninjas failed to return, Hiro was sent off with a sword, and his instincts alone.
Personality[]
For a ninja at a young age, he has a great sense of honor and maturity. He is loyal and trusting among his friends, especially with Futo, whom the Tengu deem the pair as "inseparable", and believes in justice for the soldiers possessed by Soul Edge. Like all ninjas, Hiro is cunning and patient in battle and often waits until he sees an advantage that he can use. He shows committment to his assigned tasks and is respectful to his seniors.

Fighting Style[]
Hiro's fighting style is one of the easiest, fastest, and the strongest fighting styles in the game. He displays incredible strength in most of his attacks. His low attacks are arguably the best in the game and some of them can be chained to make a combo. His kick attacks are mediocre in strength but they are speedy too. Hiro can also switch stances that wait and counterattack an opponent. While in these stances, he can use several of the many Attack Throws that can easily catch his opponent if not expected. His weakness however, is that some of his attacks are predictable even though they are fast and damaging. Also, he is criticized for having few moves and his strong attacks are frequently used so the opponent has a chance to counter these attacks.
Critical Edge[]
Witching Hour - Hiro primes his sword saying "On my honor!" and then does an uppercut and slashes downwards and he knocks down his opponent shouting "Begone!".
