Flambert (1P) in Soulcalibur III
Flambert (フランベット Furanbetto?) is a rapier that is used by Raphael as his main weapon throughout the games, including Soulcalibur II, Soulcalibur III, Soulcalibur IV, Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, Soulcalibur V, and Soulcalibur VI.

Description: After losing in battle and being pursued even by his former friends and family, Raphael managed to take this sword with him from the Sorel family home. The Flambert is an amazingly sharp sword rapier--Raphael continued to use the sword long after his departure from aristocracy. It is a well-balanced, easy to use weapon.

In Soulcalibur IV, it appears in a 1P and 2P form, both of which have the same stats but differ in appearance. 1P Flambert's design shows a crimson red and silver grey color hilt while 2P Flambert has an odd Spanish like cup hilt with only a silver color and small gold embroiled design.

Raphael lost everything from his old life, even his own family name, and left the home of his birth with nothing; nothing, that is, except his rapier.
Even as a child he was in constant danger of assassination by those close to him. Though he shunned the senseless feuds and plots of noble society, he still continued to study the fencing arts that were such an essential part of every young nobleman's education.
Raphael has sword himself to Amy, and his sharp-pointed blade is now his faithful ally in his quest to make their dreams become reality.[1][2]

The treasured blade Flambert has been passed down through the generations of the Sorel household, one of the most prestigious households in France. Flambert is a unique weapon known as a sword rapier, which offers the benefits of both a longsword and a traditional rapier. Though the sword rapier requires more skill to wield properly, it offers effective slicing, bludgeoning, and thrusting capabilities.
Raphael had proven his natural talents in his studies of politics, academics, and the fighting arts since a young age. He earned his place as the head of the Sorel household over many other candidates, and he considered the noble sword rapier Flambert as a worthy symbol of himself and his position.
After he lost his status, reputation, and even his foster daughter, Raphael was reduced to a wandering vagabond within whom none could sense even a hint of his past glory, Flambert, which Raphael had managed to hold onto, was the sole silent witness to the entirety of Raphael's tumultuous life story.[3]

Raphael's only connection to the family he turned his back on is his sword, the Flambert. This priceless heirloom has been wielded by the Sorel patriarch for most of the family's history, and symbolizes their pride and property.
Unfortunately, this connection was broken when Raphael absconded with the blade, and soon after, the once celebrated Sorel name disappeared from the annals of French history.
Despite its effectiveness as both a piercing and slicing blade and its abilities on both offense and defense, the blade is remarkably difficult to master. Only those with the strength, speed, skill, and intense concentration needed to wield it in the heat of battle will be able to see this weapon's true potential.
For Raphael, who has trained with the sword from a young age, it is an obedient companion who helps him acquire whatever he desires.
