Glänzende Nova & Frischer Himmel (グレンツェンノヴァ＆フリッシュヒンメル?) is Hilde's primary weapon in Soulcalibur IV, Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny and Soulcalibur VI, and one of her unlockable weapons in Soulcalibur V. It is a flag with a pike on its end and a dagger that appears to be either a misericorde or a horseman's sidearm.
Hilde’s particular fighting art had been taught to generations of the Krone family, hereditary rulers of Wolfkrone. Legends claim that it was first developed by the founding king of the realm, According to Hilde’s official Soulcalibur IV biography, the Wolfkrone practitioners of the lance are threatened with extinction.

The sword and lance said to have been wielded by the first king of Wolfkrone. Some claim that they are legendary evil-destroying holy weapons. The originals were lost when the first king passed away, but replicas were made and passed down through the royal line. At the coronation of each new king, the weapons are placed in his hands, and when in times of crisis the realm is threatened, they are given to the kingdom's mightiest warrior.
The founding myths of Wolfkrone speak of a great warrior who battled Soul Edge after being given the spirit sword Soul Calibur by its guardian tribe. Much later, that warrior became king of the nation.
Soulcalibur VI[]
In Hilde's Colour 2 outfit, the spear and its flag are changed from red to blue. In her Colour 3 outfit, they're cyan, and in her Colour 4 outfit, they're both black.
Weapon Compendium description: Treasured weapons of the Wolfkrone Kingdom passed down for generations. It is the tradition and the pride of Wolfkrone for the ruler themselves to wield this sword and spear upon the battlefield.
The found king known as "the Wolf" famously wielded these arms, and since then, they have been restored and refined by successive rulers into the finest weapons of each generation. When brandished by Wolfkrone's monarch, the glint of their steel has long sparked bravery in soldiers' hearts, urging them forward to forge an impressive record of glorious victories.
Profile: The treasured sword and spear of legend, once wielded by the founder and first king of Wolfkrone. Though the original weapons have long been lost, this pair made in their image has been passed down through the royal family for generations as a symbol of the kingdom.
Whenever Wolfkrone has fallen in peril, these weapons have glittered in the hands of a champion standing on the front lines, face-to-face with danger. The sight of them has always given courage to the people, awakening the valorous blood in their veins even as darkness threatened to engulf them.
In times long past, the found king wielded Soul Calibur to repel Soul Edge's malice. When Wolfkrone required a miracle once more, the chosen warrior will take the treasured sword and spear in hands and lead their people to victory.

- Glänzende Nova and Frischer Himmel were believed to be known as Grenzennova and Frischhimmel, respectively, possibly because of mistranslation. Glänzende Nova translates to, from German, "shining star", while its companion weapon, Frischer Himmel, means "fresh sky". Her fighting style, Große Erbschaft, means "great inheritance."
