Hercules Sword is obtained by purchasing it at the Weapons Shop for 37,200 Gold. However, it needs to be unlocked first before it'll appear in the Weapons Shop's listing. There are two different ways to do this:

Fight a total of 450 matches.
Defeat Juno in Chronicle 7 of Chronicles of the Sword.

Its name in the English version of the game likely comes from the Roman hero Hercules.
