Profile: A modern sword created in Borneo. The Pakayun combines a Western saber with a hilt design that is unique to Borneo, and it can be said to be a symbol of the meeting of two cultures. Its light construction makes it well-suited for agile attacks, but in turn, poorly suited to stopping an opponent's blows.

There are two methods to obtain Pakayun: the first method is to defeat Yoshimitsu in Tales of Souls, although the chances of obtaining it this way is low; and the other method is to simply purchase it in the Weapons Shop for 22,800 Gold. However, you need to unlock it first before it'll appear in the Weapons Shop's listing. There are two ways to make it appear in the Weapon Shop's listing:
- Fight a total of 425 matches.
- Clear any of the following stages during Yoshimitsu's Tales of Souls:
- Stage 6 (Berserker)
- Stage 7 (Ivy)
- Stage 8 (Rock)
- Stage 9 (Sophitia)
