Rune Blade is obtained by purchasing it at the Weapons Shop at 36,600 Gold, but it needs to be unlocked before it'll appear in the Weapons Shop's listing. There are two ways to do this:

Fight a total of 425 matches.
Defeat Mooncalf in Chronicle 8 of Chronicles of the Sword.
