Silk Road - Ruined City (シルクロードの廃墟都市?), also simply referred to as Desert Path, is Hwang's stage in Soul Edge. The desert stage stretches through the middle of Asia. Travelers use it to avoid the dangerous sea route, but the overland passage can be just as deadly. Along the route lie the ruins of an ancient Chinese fortress.
