Suigetsutou & Ukifune is obtained by purchasing it at the Weapons Shop for 26,000 Gold. However, it needs to be unlocked first before it'll appear in the Weapon Shop's listing. There are two ways to do this:

Fight a total of 300 matches.
Defeat Jinkai in Chronicle 2 of Chronicles of the Sword.
