The Ancient (古キ者?) are Olcadan's initial weapons in Soulcalibur III, similar to how Edge Master would use a unique weapon when mimicking other characters' movesets in Soulcalibur. None of them have special effects. Each weapon can be obtained for its character to use by clearing each character's Tutorial or beating Olcadan in Tales of Souls mode. The Ancient weapons have a color scheme between of a light violet and platinum colors.
Most of The Ancient weapons are based on weapons from Soulcalibur II that were not used in Soulcalibur III.
