The Ancient (古キ者, The Ancient^?) is one of Cassandra's weapons in Soulcalibur III.

This weapon is Cassandra's version of The Ancient that is used by Cassandra and Olcadan (when he uses her moveset).

Olcadan is able to use this weapon at the start (alongside everybody else's The Ancient). However, Cassandra's version of The Ancient needs to be unlocked. There are two ways of doing this:

The easiest method is to finish all missions in Cassandra's Tutorial.
The harder method is to defeat Olcadan in Cassandra's Tales of Souls mode.

Trivia[]

This weapon resembles Cassandra's weapon Katzbalger from Soulcalibur II and Soulcalibur IV.
