Thunderous Fire (曲刀「雷炎」?) is one of Hwang's weapons in Soul Blade. It is an old sword that was made during the Tang dynasty period of China.
It is unlocked by completing Episode 3 of Hwang's Edge Master mode. During Hwang's trip in China, he journeys down the Yangtze river. An assassin sneaks onto his raft and fires a poisoned arrow at him, which just skims past his cheek. After successfully fending off the assassin, he takes his sword, Thunderous Fire, from him.
