Tranquil Wasteland (静かの荒野?) is Tira's stage in Soulcalibur V. A desolate battlefield set on a European wasteland. The fight takes place at night and is lit by a Full Moon.
Profile[]
This European wasteland once played host to a great war. The hideous scars left upon the landscape now take on an almost surreal beauty as they are illuminated by the moon's glow. Old battlefields have a tendency to attract the spirits of the dead, full of rage and regret, so it is highly likely that the cursed blade Soul Edge was originally born in an environment just like this one.[1]

- "Of all the battle stages in the SoulCalibur series, this is probably the first one to incorporate a sense of infinite space, I intentionally kept the variety of colors used to a minimum, focusing instead on emphasizing the contrast between the moon and the earth."

- This stage appears in the opening of the story mode for Soulcalibur V.
- This stage is strikingly similar to Last Rites on the Battlefield.
