Ugetsu Shinuchi serves as Setsuka's ultimate weapon in Soulcalibur III and it can be obtained by either fighting 1,010 battles or—after purchasing Ridicule, Shiranamigasumi, and Moonlight—clearing Tales of Souls as Setsuka.
Its skills are an adequate increase in both attack and defense power, along with damaging Guard Impacts that become easier to perform during battle.

- Ugetsu Shinuchi is the only weapon that Setsuka has, other than the 1P version of Ugetsu Kageuchi, that is present in both Soulcalibur III and Soulcalibur IV and has the same name in both games.
