Wilhelm von Krone is a minor character in Soulcalibur VI. Serves in the Wolfkrone Kingdom with Hilde and leader (former field) of the Silver Wolves.

The commander of the Silver Wolves, an elite force of Wolfkrone's finest soldiers.

Wilhelm is referred to with awe by the people as "the Lightning Lance," for his skills with a spear are second to none in the kingdom. After assuming command of the Silver Wolves at a young age, he has won glory on numerous battlefields, including during the Ostrheinsburg campaign. Considering these impressive achievements, his lineage should come as no surprise; his father was none other than Theobald von Krone, brother to King George and a skilled tactician whose name remains forever in books on military strategy. Sickly since youth, Theobald could not take center stage in a kingdom where martial prowess was held in the highest esteem, but his extraordinary genius saved the nation from peril many times.

In 1579 a plague swept across Wolfkrone, claiming the life of Theobald. Though his loss was a terrible blow to the kingdom, his talent survived in his eldest son, Wilhelm, who was left under the care of King George. George taught the boy the traditional Große Erbschaft fighting style, and this instruction—coupled with practical battle training from George's old friend Johan Dürer—helped Wilhelm blossom into a powerful warrior. With both George and Theodor, the "twin pillars of the kingdom" to call his fathers and a peerless fighter as his tutor, Wilhelm grew up blessed with both courage and wisdom. When Wolfkrone's fate took a dark turn, Wilhelm's exceptional gifts proved a saving grace for the kingdom.

Though Wilhelm is betrothed to Princess Hildegard von Krone by decision of their fathers, the two of them appear to have been avoiding the topic ever since George's descent into madness. On a more personal note, Wilhelm spends the majority of his time training or reading. However, thanks to the influence of his elder sister Liselotte, he now considers cooking one of his few hobbies. His gugelhupf is popular with the Silver Wolves, and occasionally Hildegard herself sneaks into their ranks for a piece of it. Unbeknownst to the crown princess, however, her "sneaking" is no secret to the castle.

• Although Wilhelm's left arms has been fatally injured by the malfested George, but manage to use Aval’s water to slow down his uncle’s malfestation from even further, he entrust Hilde the Glänzende Nova & Frischer Himmel, with Hilde manage to get her father back for few seconds before becoming malfested again.
